Thank you for shopping at Sanitize Today. Please note the following shipping policies as they may affect your courier pricing.

A standard fee has been implemented for all regions, for basic size parcels. The basic size parcel determined by the courier companies is as follows: 25cm x 25cm x 30cm with a weight of 15kg. This constitutes a standard parcel with a standard fee. Outlying areas fall under a different pricing structure completely, so be sure to always call for a quote. Beyond this size, courier fees vary depending on the size, weight, and number of parcels.

Furthermore, certain items carry a fee charged as volumetric weight, i.e. the volume of space the parcel takes up in the delivery vehicle. Eg, 210L drums, 100L drums, polycans, as well as brooms and certain other items.

We at Sanitize Today try our best to get the best possible rates from our courier service partners. We would highly appreciate our customers to give us a call when you feel the items you want to purchase will fall out of the standard bracket, and we will gladly assist with obtaining a courier fee quote.

The standard fees WILL NOT APPLY once the parcels are out of the standard parcel sizes and will have to be constituted at a volumetric charge. Outlying areas may incur higher fees and fall out of standard fee rates. If you are in an outlying area, it’s best to contact us for a courier fee before you place your order.

Orders placed before 14:00 hours will get shipped the next day, and estimated arrival of parcels are 3 to 4 working days. Please ensure that all delivery details are always correct with the correct postal code, to avoid delays on your goods.

If you did not follow the instructions on the quantity of each item for online orders, a 10% penalty will be levied on refunds if you do not accept the shipping quote.
